The assessments aim to identify and document the level of compliance of the procedures adopted by suppliers with the The Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais – LGPD, as well as the risks involved in the processing of personal data for which Cemig is responsible by these suppliers, not limited to, but considering:

• Knowledge and adherence to the LGPD;
• Existence and maturity of the information security and data privacy program or data protection actions;
• Conducting audits (internal and external) and their periodicity;
• Relationship with other suppliers and service providers, including data sharing;
• Data access management;
• History and incident management procedures.
